This recipe is the creation of certified personal trainer Danielle Felip by way of the Raw Divas blog.  Danielle recommends this as a post-workout drink.  The coconut water helps restore electrolytes lost during exercise and the cranberries have super anti-inflammatory properties in addition to being full of antioxidants.  Freezing any of the fruit beforehand is fine if you wish to make the smoothie a little cooler.

1/2 cup coconut water
1 orange, peeled and quartered (leaving the pith on is fine)
1 medium banana
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup cranberries
1 scoop (2 oz.) vanilla-flavored protein powder

Place all ingredients in blender and run on High speed for 40 to 50 seconds (“Whole Juice” cycle with a Blendtec).
