I don’t make daiquiris often, but I get asked for recipes for them frequently at my shows. Here’s a strawberry version courtesy of our friends from Xagave. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute 1 tsp. rum extract in place of the rum.
4 oz. water
4 – 6 ice cubes
8 – 10 strawberries
4 oz. rum
3 tbsp. agave nectar
Blend until desired consistency.
