I found this recipe from Krista Essler on the Vitamixerific! blog.  Krista specializes in Holistic Medicine and says the peppercorns add some “zing.”  Here’s a recipe for coconut milk.  For a thicker smoothie, freeze the milk first in an ice-cube tray.

3/4 cup coconut milk (liquid or frozen)
1/2 medium carrot
10 oz. frozen peaches
4 tbsp. agave nectar
8 whole peppercorns

Place all ingredients in blender and run on High speed for 30 to 40 seconds (“Whole Juice” cycle with a Blendtec if using frozen coconut milk, otherwise “Smoothie” cycle).
