I made this recipe after finding some mango chunks hiding in my freezer. Any milk should work just fine. A simple recipe for coconut milk can be found here.
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. organic coconut oil
2 tbsp. agave nectar
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1 cup fresh mango chunks, frozen
1 medium banana, frozen
Place all ingredients in blender and run on high speed for 40 seconds or until perfectly smooth. (“Whole Juice” setting on a Blendtec)
