Here’s a very simple smoothie recipe from Maria and Josh over at the Two Peas & Their Pod blog.  Just four ingredients.  How cool is that?  Maria notes that any milk will work just fine with this smoothie.  Here are recipes for almond milk and coconut milk.

1/4 – 1/2 cup milk, any kind
1 cup fresh mango
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries

Place ingredients in blender and run on High speed for 40 to 50 seconds (“Whole Juice” cycle with a Blendtec).
