This smoothie is so good it should be listed under “desserts.”  Loads of antioxidants from the cocoa in addition to healthy unsaturated fats from the almonds.  My almond milk recipe can be found here.

1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. agave nectar
1 heaping tbsp. instant coffee
1 heaping tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 frozen bananas
4 – 5 ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender and run on high speed for 40 – 50 seconds (“Whole Juice” cycle with a Blendtec).
