This is my healthy, non-alcoholic takeoff on the popular desert. Just don’t light it on fire ;).
1 cup cold water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. organic coconut oil
3 cups baby spinach
1 1/2 medium banana, frozen
5-6 ice cubes
Place ingredients in blender and run on high speed for 40 to 50 seconds or until perfectly smooth (“Whole Juice” cycle on a Blendtec).
