Orange-Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

Here is another submission from Lisa Lewis of Smyrna, Georgia.  Lisa recommends using a gluten-free soy sauce.

1 cup soy sauce
1 cup mandarin oranges packed in water, drained
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
1/3 cup agave nectar
3 cloves fresh garlic
3 tbsp. minced ginger
1 1/2 tbsp. corn starch

Blend until smooth.
