Mint Sauce

The perfect accompaniment for roast lamb.

1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sherry vinegar
4 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tbsp. orange zest
2 cups fresh mint
Sea salt to taste

Place all ingredients in blender and run on high speed for 90 seconds (With a Blendtec, instead of “Sauces” button, select “Soups.” ¬†Let cool and serve at room temperature. ¬†Refrigerate if not using immediately.).
