This is a slightly-modified recipe taken from Gena Hamshaw’s at choosingraw.com. Recipe for almond milk can be found here.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk
2 ripe avocados, pitted
4 – 6 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 heaping tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
Place everything except water in blender. Blend on low-medium setting while drizzling in water until a thick, pudding-like consistency is achieved. Add more cocoa if necessary and continue adding water while blending.
